Winter menu.  New items & old favorites!

Appetizers:

Cheddar Bacon Potato Wedges – Baked potato wedges topped with melted cheddar cheese and bacon bits, served with sour cream. $9

Teton Tots - A basket filled with a mountain of tater tots tossed with shredded parmesan cheese and garlic seasoning. Served with Ranch dipping sauce.  $10

 

​​Burgers & Sandwiches (Served with your choice of; soup, salad, fries or tots):

Crispy Fish Sandwich - A beer battered fish filet in a hoagie bun nestled in a bed of shredded lettuce, diced tomato and slices of sweet white onion with a side of tartar sauce. $14

Bratwurst Sandwich - A steamy hot beer boiled bratwurst topped with grilled onions and house-made sauerkraut on a hoagie bun. $14

Bacon Bleu Burger - A juicy burger patty topped with bacon bits and bleu cheese with lettuce, tomato, and dill pickles. $16

Chipotle Burger - A juicy burger patty topped with chipotle sauce, sauteed mushrooms, sweet white onion slices and cheddar cheese with lettuce, tomato, and dill pickles. $16

All American Chicken Cheeseburger - A crispy chicken patty topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, dill pickles on a sesame seed bun. $12

Classic Cheeseburger - Flash back to an all American cheeseburger served with lettuce, tomato, and dill pickle slices. $14

   PVB Burger - A juicy burger on a sesame seed bun served with lettuce, tomato, and dill pickle slices with your choice of side. $13

Build your own Burger! Add your choice of toppings:

Blu cheese, American or Cheddar cheese, add $1

Make it a double burger, add $5

Sauteed Mushrooms, add $1

Bacon bits, add $2

Entrée’s:

Cajun Jambalaya – A flavorful Cajun-style dish loaded with ham, spicy sausage, shrimp, peppers, onions and celery served over white rice with your choice of soup or salad. $22

Giant Idaho Chili Spud - Huge Idaho baked potato topped with house-made chili and cheddar cheese served with your choice of soup or salad. $15

Wacky Mac - A colorful wacky assortment of tomato, spinach and blonde pasta baked in a cheesy mushroom sauce topped with shredded Parmesan cheese and Oyster crackers.  Served with soup or salad.  $15

Cowboy Wacky Mac - A mound of our Wacky Mac surrounded by a moat of house-made cowboy campfire chili topped with shredded Parmesan cheese and Oyster crackers. $18

Fish & Chips - A basket of 2 beer battered cod filets and fries served with tartar sauce.  $16

Soups, Salads & Chili (ask about the soups of the day):

Chicken Feta Salad - Grilled chicken & feta on a bed of seasonal greens topped with sweet white onions & tomato. Pairs well with our Balsamic Vinaigrette. $14

BLT Salad - Crisp romaine lettuce, tomato, bacon and sweet white onion slices. Pairs well with our delicious sweet bacon dressing. $14

Soup and Salad – Your choice of soup and salad with house dressing on the side.  $12.

Soup de Jour - Bowl of house-made soup of the day. $6

Chili - Steamy hot bowl of house-made beef cowboy campfire chili. $7

Seasonal Seafood Soup - House-made seafood soup de jour. $8

Side Salad - House side salad with your choice of dressing. $6

Ranch Slaw - House made Ranch cole slaw. $4, add bacon $1

 

Dessert:

Lemoncello Cheesecake – Dreamy lemon cheesecake on a cracker crumb crust served with whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate or raspberry topping. $8
