Host your event at PVB

Rent our spacious loft (3000 ft2) for your next event. This includes usage of main floor facilities (restrooms and main bar service) at no additional charge.

We provide the space and will staff a bartender at the bar on the main floor (no outside alcohol is allowed, that violates our licensing). You can either host a fully paid bar tab or we can run a cash bar for your guests. We will provide a selection of beer, wine, canned cocktails and non-alcohol beverages.

Options are provided to rent the entire Loft with a occupancy limit of 175 people, or only the East Wing of the Loft for groups less than 30 people.

You may provide your own food for the event. We will provide buffet tables and a cooler for food you bring in. All we ask is that you bring in your own food you provide disposable plates and utensils for your party or event in the loft.

Or we can provide a variety of food catering options for your party. Just let us know what you would like to do and we will do our best to make it happen.

Rental Fees:

Entire Loft Rental (6 hours max) $300 Cash or Venmo*

Entire Loft Rental (over 6 hours) add $50/hour*

East Wing of Loft (6 hours max) $200 Cash or Venmo*

East Wing of Loft (over 6 hours) add $25/hour*

* Add 6% sales tax for room rental fees and 3% if paying by credit or debit card.

Cleaning Deposit:

Refundable cleaning deposit $250 per event. Cleaning deposits are fully refundable if the rented space is left as neat and clean as it was when you arrived.

Note:

Fees and cleaning deposit are required in advance to reserve the space. The room rental fee is non-refundable once booked. Again, sales tax is required on Room Rental Fee and a 3% fee if paying by credit or debit card.
