Owner, Penny Pink, is PVBs original master brewer and is back like a bad penny...

Penny has busted her ovaries over the past three decades (yes, 30 years in 2026!) bootstrapping her way through building the business, creating countless beer brands and handcrafted food menus. Penny is excited to be working on refining a whole new business model for PVB in 2026.

Penny has re-hired a small core of dedicated former employees to help her spend less time in the kitchen and more time back in the brewery crafting her own fermented beverages and expanding her line of fermented foods.

With a LOT of hard work Penny and her coworkers have been doing extensive repairs and renovations to facilitate making exceptional hand crafted food and beverages.

Plans for the Future

Here is my plan, and I am sticking to it...

THE Plan - Continue to open the main floor on Friday/Saturday nights for dinner service from 4-8pm, open till 9pm. Serve savory specials, desserts and a pub grub dinner menu (see menu page for details). Offer bar service on the main floor. Expand opportunities for people to rent The Loft for special events and private parties.
