Our Brew Masters
Danny Paz is our Master Brewer and has been brewing for over nine years. Danny is very dedicated to his job and family.
One of Danny's award-winning beers is Machismo Oatmeal Stout. Other brands that he is the proud creator of include the Nueva Vida Mexican Lager, Dirty Drifter, C4, and Gem State Street Legend Belgian Witbier.
Owner, Penny Pink, was PVBs original master brewer and she created our six flagship beers and many other seasonals.
Hand-Crafted Food
Just like our beer, all the food on our menu is hand-crafted to order by the chefs in our kitchen. While this takes longer to produce, we strive to make our guests the best, freshest meals we can conjure up.
